1. Data controller

2. Cookies

The website itself does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies (exception: the embedded Google map — see section 4). We collect visit statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies and without identifying visitors.

3. Contact, bookings and events

When you call or write to us, we process the data you give us (e.g. name, phone number, email address, message) to reply, take a booking or organise an event — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose and as required by law.

4. Google Maps

The contact page embeds a Google map. When it is displayed, Google may process data (including your IP address) and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

5. Hosting and security

Our hosting provider may log technical connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to keep the website running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Social media

Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Tripadvisor lead to external services with their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
